As you know, the far left liberals are moving forward with drug legalization efforts in California. Four propositions are in circulation to make the ballot. Just stop by your local Walmart to see the pot signature collectors in action. We cannot stand by and let law enforcement stand alone in this fight. California’s community and family values are under attack, and I, as a father, have chosen to stay here and fight so my kids have a state worth growing up in --- otherwise, I might as well waive the white flag, pack my bags and move my family to Texas.

One has to venture no further than San Francisco to see what happens to a community that allows the pro-drug lobby to establish a negative community norm. No longer do parents take their kids to the parks there – if fact, parents avoid them in order to avoid the drug crowd which have moved in. Parks were made for kids, not drug users. If the drug lobby is successful in 2010, we all lose, especially the children.

 California remains a battleground state for drug legalization, nationwide. So goes California, so goes the nation. We have a chance here to send a resounding message, to build on our success in fighting (and successfully defeating) the liberally lead Proposition 5 effort in 2008, and encouraging other states under similar duress to follow our lead. Family and community values are under attack. This crosses all political spectrums, all nationalities – we are all affected. It’s up to each of us to rally our friends and family, our churches, our organizations. Lets all pull together. Time is short. One team, one fight. We need all hands on deck!
